- 18 years or older
- Pass an Enhanced DBS (UK) or Checkr (US) background check
- Provide ID + selfie verification
- At least one verifiable reference

- For specialised work (postnatal, special-needs, complex/clinical, eldercare with personal care): relevant training certificates
